Peter Buckle, Simone Borsci, (Imperial College London) and Thomas Jun (Loughborough University) lead an audience participatory session that seeks to explore what colleagues have found helpful in communicating human factors systems both in formal contexts (e.g. journal publications) and practical settings (e.g. when working as practitioners within industry. Examples from healthcare and the South Korean ferry accident will be used to illustrate some approaches.
